Camilla Romano

Camilla Romano is a documentary photographer based in Paris.
During her studies at Spéos International Photography School in Paris she specialized in photojournalism. Through her lens, she explores themes of isolation, mental health, and identity, weaving together personal experiences and broader human conditions.
Her work has been presented at the 61st edition of the International Photographic Fair of Bièvres, and in the exhibition Portraits à deux: l'autre à travers tes yeux, in collaboration with the associations Apertura and Cap'devant and the City of Paris, on the occasion of Paris Disability Month. She has exhibited with MA Fondation, a photographic foundation supporting emerging artists, where her work was presented in 2025 at Galerie Véron in Paris for the group exhibition Au Féminin and in Under My Skin, a curated exhibition held in a private apartment in Paris by Liza Fetissova. In 2026, her work was also included in Au Féminin at Cross Over Kagurazaka Gallery in Tokyo, Japan.
In May 2026, she curated and presented the group exhibition Everything But A Riot at La Galerie des Photographes in Paris.
